A woman has given up her dog for adoption and now fears she’ll be turned to a killer by another dog breeder.
Shlomi Kachnitzer, from Brooklyn, NY, had to give up her puppy, Max, to a breeder after she couldn’t cope with its size.
“The breeder offered me Max for adoption.
I told them no, I’m not happy with it.
I don’t want Max.
I want it to go back to a good home,” Ms Kachnyi said.”
He’s a really good dog.
I wanted to keep him, I just couldn’t do it.”
I went through so much with Max.
They’re not the same.
I had to let go of him.
“Ms Kachnicki said Max was a sweet puppy and had been adopted by another woman when she moved to New York from Florida.”
They put Max in a crate, and he started to bark.
I couldn’t sleep at night.
I called my boyfriend and told him what happened.
He’s now with another woman,” she said.
Ms KACHNITZER is a proud owner of Max.”
Max is a very sweet and loving dog, and I love him dearly.
I am devastated, because Max was my best friend and my best dog, so I can’t believe he was taken away from me.
“Ms Karzner said Max had no history of aggression, but was at risk of being turned into an aggressive dog.”
This is a heartbreaking situation.
Max is not a bad dog, but he’s not a good dog,” she added.
Ms Karzikner has now adopted Max and is now considering raising Max as her own dog.
She said she was concerned that Max could become a killer.”
You can’t have a dog that is a good pet, but if you don’t get it right, it can be a killer,” she told the ABC.”
People are so afraid of dogs now, that they are afraid of other dogs, and they’re afraid of people.
“We can’t be afraid of anyone.
I’m going to take care of my dogs.
I have to.”
